Summer Programs for High Schoolers:

Creating Awareness of Agriculture & Life Sciences Disciplines, Degree Programs & Discoveries Project (CAALS 3-D Project)

Summer Research Experience through an agreement between NCSU College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and the North Carolin School of Science and Mathematics.  The CALS Office of Diversity and the CALS Diversity Council are providing leadership to the CAALS 3-D Project.  Ten students spent part of two days in the lab supervised by Microbiology Faculty member, Dr. Jose Bruno Barcena, and assisted by Drs. Sue Dagher and Matthew Evans.  See more pictures.
